Dennis J. O’Sullivan, CLU®,ChFC®

Dennis J. O'Sullivan was a financial advisor and co-founder of Insignis Financial Group. Denis served his clients for over 30 years specializing in comprehensive financial services for business owners, executives and professionals. 

Dennis was a sought after speaker on topics such as business succession planning, estate planning & tax efficient retirement planning. He was also a nationally recognized speaker to the financial services industry on how to help other financial professionals be more effective planners for their clients. 

Dennis achieved his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU^®) designation from the American College in 1999, his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designation in 2001 and his certification in Long Term Care (CLTC) in 2005. Dennis took pride in being a good listener, and after hearing his client's goal and objectives, he would help them establish a road map to follow and help them win the game of life financially, while enjoying the process along the way. His mission was to have a positive impact on the lives of both his clients and his associates. 

Dennis' strong sense of professionalism and community kept him actively involved in professional and civic memberships and activities. Dennis was an industry member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He was a trustee at the Long Island Museum in Stony Brook, NY, a member of The Three Village Chamber of Commerce, and Dennis invested his time in philanthropic activities with various organizations in his community. 

Dennis passed away in July 2017 leaving his wife Dawn, his daughter's Jaclyn and Danielle, and a grandson Declan. He also left behind a great legacy of what all financial advisors should strive to be. He will be missed by all that knew him.
